Develop technical training programs tailored to organizational needs, including creating teaching schedules and curriculum.

Design engaging course content utilizing creativity and diverse teaching methods.

Independently deliver advanced training modules, customize curriculum plans for clients, and conduct on-site teaching sessions.

Maintain records on course completion, absences, and issues, while evaluating program effectiveness and suggesting improvements.

Utilize CAD software for training diagrams and read and create schematic diagrams.

Utilize professional digital camera for multimedia content creation and employ various software for video and audio editing.

Develop content within the corporate Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

Coach and mentor new Technical Trainers and interns.
