Job summary
The BCC Counselor has the overall responsibility of the health and well being of campers in their charge.
He or she will provide guidance to campers in daily camp living and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for campers.
The Counselor will strive to provide a positive example, be a good team member, work well unsupervised,
have excellent judgement, work hard,
and have a good sense of humour.
