    The Account Manager works directly with Brands, Agencies, DSPs, and Trade Desks to successfully manage programmatic ad campaigns across Magnite's platform. The Client Success team focuses on partnering with the Demand Facilitation Sales organization to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve team and company goals. This role works closely with the Sales and Media Planning teams to ensure the successful execution of all campaigns and is responsible for developing and executing portfolio and strategic client management plans.

    In this role you will:

    • Collaborate with the demand facilitation team to manage client relationships and campaigns, both pre-sale and post-sale.
    • Act as the go-to point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and their campaigns.
    • Educate clients on the Magnite offering, supply, and products.
    • Monitor pipeline and revenue tracking and manage progress toward the team and company goals.
    • Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and your understanding of clients' KPIs.
    • Provide campaign reporting, insights, and updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
    • Troubleshoot campaigns and proactively identify roadblocks preventing successful delivery and performance for a campaign.
    • Conduct in-market meetings and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Magnite's sales team.

    We're looking for someone with:

    • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising - including experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising. Work experience at an agency, DSP, or SSP is a plus.
    • A proven capacity to uphold professional business connections.
    • The capacity of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
    • Exceptional abilities in written and verbal communication, as well as presenting ideas, and adept in interacting with clients.
    • Strong analytical/Excel skills; including the ability to spot trends in large data sets.
    • Exhibits an understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies; and campaign planning & buying (including RTB).
    • Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
    • An outcome-focused perspective who is committed to demonstrating accountability, ownership, and urgency for results.
    • An eagerness towards undertaking new challenges that directly impact the business.

    In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
