The Alaka'ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Network Administrator to support our government customer located in Maui, Hawai'i.Perform configuration, installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, repair, preventative and corrective maintenance for all site operational network infrastructure to include all routers switches encryption devices peripheral equipment file print servers software configuration security and vulnerability management interfaces. Ensure continuous network access and perform troubleshooting and recurring maintenance required to restore network service improve security reliability performance Maintain Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) capability to all critical network components to maintain system availability Install operate and maintain vulnerability management hardware software Maintain update enforce AFIN network security policies to detect unauthorized network activity maintain records compliance Apply Automated Information Systems AIS SolarWinds Splunk Puppet Cisco Identity Services Engineer ISE Cisco Prime Terminal Access Controller Access Control System TACACS GEM X Universal Remote Encryptor Manager Configure manage maintain VoIP PA VTC Intercom systems Cisco Unified Call Manager CUCM servers Cisco media gateway routers analog phones vIPer Cisco 7900-series IP telephones Respond troubleshoot mitigate connectivity signal quality degradation services capacity concerns utilizing current Network Management System Perform cryptographic rekeys SIPRNet JWICS operations Respond support calls emails tickets outages SPSS customers Communications Focal Point CFP Contractor provide end-to-end troubleshooting NIPRNet SIPRNet JWICS LAN MAN WAN PA VoIP VoSIP systems Perform installation support NIPRNet SIPRNet JWICS LAN MAN WAN VoIP or VoSIP requirements Support integration projects installations equipment enhancements Support inspections Contractor area responsibility Command Cyber Readiness Inspections CCRIs Inspector General IG visits actively Unit Self-Assessments Program MICT checklist assignment Provide change management software patching administrative support troubleshooting repair communications systems encompassing operational networks Assist End User specialists with resolving issues affecting communications systems Window workstations Windows workstations Windows Server Red Hat Enterprise Linux RHEL Commercial Mobile Devices CMD Land Mobile Radios LMR Video Teleconferencing Systems VTCs Troubleshoot failed automated patching client systems Apply DISA STIGs IAVAL TCNO TCTOs Local Security Guidelines following local change management policies procedures Answer calls emails submitted by customers within hours notification Remotely troubleshoot resolve end user support tickets work orders if onsite repair required Coordinator transfer tickets End User specialist response resolution Maintain administer integrated data management system collection control publishing delivery program documents Data Management System includes Standardized Switch Router Configurations Network Topology Diagram IP Address Management Virtual LAN Management TCNO Database AFNetsOps Compliance Tracker STIG Compliance Checklists Provide electronic access data including printable reports Documentation also includes equipment listing serial model numbers manufacturer specifications Perform cable installation fabrication managed Protected Distribution Systems PDS fiber optic cabling CAT E cabling Responsible maintaining renewing receiving distributing essential software licenses maintained renewal revocation.
