- Manage and audit company benefit plans (retirement, FMLA, COBRA, wellness, etc.)
- Coordinate open enrollment
- Point-of-contact for benefit-related questions and concerns for team; onboarding orientations
- Oversee weekly and biweekly payroll
- 3+ years of prior experience managing benefit programs and/or applicable HR experience
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related area required
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient with Excel

Truity Partners is supporting a prominent manufacturer in Racine, WI with their search for a Senior Benefits Specialist. This is a temporary project (estimated 3-6 months) that could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a full-time, first-shift, position that is 100% onsite. Compensation is estimated at $ $43.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
