Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Special Education to lead and enhance our district's special education programs.This pivotal role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive educational services tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive special education policies aligned with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Lead the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of special education staff including coordinators teachers therapists support personnel.
- Collaborate with school administrators educators design individualized education programs IEPs that promote student success inclusion.
