    HOH Water Technology is a leading, growing, third generation water treatment company celebrating 55 years of business We are seeking a Sales Administrator that utilizes excellent customer service and administration skills to facilitate the Sales Manager and broad sales team. This is a full-time, hybrid position working out of the Palatine, IL office 3 days a week and remotely if desired the remaining 2 days. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office setting.

    Sales Administrator position benefits:

    • Hourly pay ranges from $19-24/hour based on experience.

    Main responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include:

    • Facilitate customer orders for house accounts by processing and preparing quotations.
    • Pipeline system coordinator.
    • Assist in managing and monitoring the commission tracking system.
    • Manage and setup new customers and required customer websites.
    • Supports the Sales Leader and team on large projects.
    • Assists with Marketing support on projects, customer expos, and social media marketing.


    Compensation details: 19-24 Hourly Wage
