    Serve as the classroom lead in the Eagle Care program and operate in accordance with the Eagle Care guidelines and district policies and procedures. Successfully incorporate the Eagle Care program vision and the district's mission into the activities at the site. Assist the Site Supervisor in supervising the Site Aides and volunteers, communicate with families, and build relationships with the school staff and faculty. Serve as the Lead Teacher in the Eagle Care classroom creating lesson plans, implementing daily classroom schedule, parent communication, and student behaviors.

    EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Education level: High school graduate. At least twelve (12) college credit hours in education-related courses preferred.

    Certification or Licensure: Must have valid Missouri motor vehicle operator's license. CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain certification.

    Experience Desired: Two years of experience in a preschool-age or school-age program.

    Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
