Our Corporate Human Resources team has an immediate opening at our Voorhees, NJ Headquarters for a Sr. Mgr. HR Operations who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Sr. Mgr. of HR Operations at Comar you will be a critical member of the Human Resources leadership team while leading and managing people operations across Comar. This includes, and is not limited to employee relations, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and policies and procedures. What you will do:
Manages all aspects of our Human Resources operations functions. Serving as a subject matter expert and directly working on employee relations and policies and procedures while managing total rewards, and HRIS.
Evaluate existing HR processes, identifying recurring tasks and critical procedures that warrant automation and/or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation; engage with relevant stakeholders to gather insights into the existing processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop scalable methodologies and tools aimed at enhancing HR Operations efficiency, including streamlining key processes such as onboarding, terminations, and other aspects essential to the employment life cycle.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision making; prepare reports that seek to provide information needed by all departments.
Lead HR projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and support to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Partner closely with the HR Business Partners and other HR functions to identify areas for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
As the organization continues to grow, job duties and expectations may increase and/or evolve over time.
Who were looking for:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of HR Operations experience or similar.
Expert knowledge in HR service delivery, HR policies, and effective processes.
Experience leading and managing a team.
Experience with employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems.
Do you have?
High sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability.
