Qualifications:

A genuine care for the guest experience, along with a fun and energetic attitude.
Prior restaurant experience is desired, but not required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work. The proper uniform should be worn at all times.
Properly accept and book reservations, offering alternative time slots when necessary.
Calculate accurate wait times and offer alternatives when extensive waits occur.
Keep floors, entry, and aisleways clean and free of debris.
Assist in bussing tables when needed.
Provide guests 'right of way' and assist those needing directions around the restaurant.
Genuinely thank departing guests and welcome new ones.
Be familiar with all restaurant information to answer guest questions or address concerns.
Answer phone calls and fulfill guest needs, directing calls as necessary.

We participate in the E-Verify program to maintain a legal workforce, verifying employment eligibility through E-Verify in select states.
