Installation Coordinator Position at XYZ Company

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for installation technicians. Here are some key responsibilities:

Performing welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of the job being booked.
Conducting pre-installation calls to confirm site readiness.
Confirming appointments by contacting customers.
Ensuring correct processing of job closeouts.
Providing all necessary paperwork for jobs and preparing packets/files for installers and other departments (permitting, warehouse).
Efficiently following up on jobs and collaborating with different departments to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure job closure.
Updating the Installation Portal (TIP) and Labor Scheduler (Gantt) on a daily basis.
Keeping TIP updated whenever a job is "touched" (calls, orders, follow-up, etc).
Closing out National Account Jobs and handling job cancellations.
Coordinating with National Account Coordinators regarding site readiness and scheduling.
Contacting Sales reps for additional information as needed.
Communicating with the Data team for confirmation numbers required for non-monitored accounts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and organization of the local SSO warehouse. Some tasks include:

Maintaining safety practices in the warehouse, using 100% PPE, and promoting zero harm.
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly material handling tasks, such as ordering parts for customer jobs, receiving and dispatching parts, requesting RMAs, and managing equipment.
Checking orders for accuracy and staging parts correctly in warehouse locations.
Communicating with freight carriers and preparing shipping documents.
Conducting general warehouse duties, including housekeeping, stocking, safety procedures, and maintenance.
Coordinating with vendors and procurement to track parts status and ETA.
Updating the Installation Portal with part status and searching for parts availability in other branches.
Participating in special projects like physical inventories, cycle counts, and optimizing inventory size.
Reviewing supply chain reports and ensuring inventory accuracy through necessary transactions.
