    No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply for this role We are seeking individuals with various industry backgrounds. Related fields include airline, hotel, restaurant, mortgage lending, hospitality, customer service, guest service, and high-end retail.

    How You Will Make an Impact

    Our customer base seeks luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a team that delivers elevated hospitality and ensures each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase or lease their vehicle

    What Winning Looks Like:

    • Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-person
    • Handle all incoming sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
    • Build strong rapport with customers
    • Maintain an ongoing customer database and follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
    • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
    • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models, and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
    • Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
    • Prospect daily for potential customers
    • Attend product and sales training as requested by the Sales Manager
    • Demonstrates unmatched customer service and is devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction
    • Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score
    Skills Needed to Win:
    • Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
    • Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience a plus
    • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
    • Possess superior customer-focused communication skills
    • Must have a clean & valid driver's license, along with reliable transportation

    Salary Description

    $32,400 - $120,000 per year (commission based)
