Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities, training and workshops driving cultural change by analyzing business data and implementing industry best practicesAct as a change agent within the business to educate and influence Team members on process implementation and improvementsWork with the businesses to identify process opportunities to improve quality, customer service levels, unit cost, safety and compliance
Support lean initiatives in all program areas, focused on process improvement to improve quality and reduce waste with clear measurable outcomes.
Leads and facilitates Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvementsAssist Manufacturing Engineering in Work cell and production line balancing, line layout design, time and motion studies.Develop, deliver and present countermeasure reports that follow the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology.
Develop and conduct compliance audits and drive corresponding actions, ensuring that change is sustainableDevelops business case justification for projects and initiativesLeverage resources and share best practices across all programsTracks and analyzes the CI initiativesBuilding cultural change throughout the organizationWork with customers, suppliers and all levels of management staffResponsible for managing multiple projects at the same time
