    About the Role:

    The Sales Agent will work as part of a high-performing team supporting a designated account through direct customer engagements, analyzing sales pipeline performance, identifying new potential accounts, and overseeing the sales pipeline's functionality from prospecting to closing the sale.

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct Customer Engagements: Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.
    • Sales Pipeline Analysis: Regularly analyze sales pipeline performance to forecast projected growth and identify areas for improvement.
    • New Account Acquisition: Actively identify and engage new potential accounts to increase market penetration and exceed sales targets.
    • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline's functionality from prospecting and lead generation to closing the sale and creating a referral-based sales channel.
    • Sales Execution: Execute sales deliverables and generate new revenue through prospecting, lead-generation techniques, and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Industry Trends and Consumer Buying Activities: Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities, and share information and updates with the Sales Department and internal executives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required.
    • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position.
    • Leadership Experience: You have some leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience with a focus on building, developing, and supporting high-performance teams.
    • Positive Impact: You can positively impact others' attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and influence change through compassion, empathy, and accountability.
    • Futuristic Mindset: You have a futuristic mindset and can set realistic targets to achieve defined success.
