You will work with new and existing customers to provide them the SalesIntel services that meet their strategic goals. Working with a defined book of named accounts, this role proactively engages with those targeted companies to fulfill our mission to empower revenue teams with the highest quality data intelligence solutions and an unparalleled client experience to drive their growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns in partnership with your director and VP
    • Meet or exceed quota for assigned renewals and expansion
    • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
    • Effectively identify customer needs, engaging internal technical resources as required
    • Create customer presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
    • Drive product adoption and build return on investment cases for customer retention
    • Manage full customer lifecycle communication and education
    • Execute launch plan to get all off-cycle new users trained and customized
    • Respond to customers questions, collect feedback for internal teams
    • Nurture and create champions and evangelists for case studies, referrals, and testimonials
    • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-level executives to address business needs as well as have conversations and trainings with end-users
    • Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide through renewal and upsell processes to close
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM and ChurnZero to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
    • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
    • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers
    • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalate issues as appropriate
    • Stay informed about product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of Account Management experience in a Technology company
    • Direct SaaS/Cloud selling experience
    • Selling experience via SaaS video or web conferencing solutions
    • Inbound sales experience
    • Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
    • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
    • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction and teamwork
    • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
    • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible and self-motivated
    • Salesforce CRM experience mandatory
    • Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy with Google Suite
    • BA/ BS or equivalent professional experience
