If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic teamPosition: CNC Setup OperatorLocation: [Your Company Location]Shift/Hours:1st Shift: 5 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon - Thur) + OT2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM (Mon - Thur) + OTWe are primarily seeking candidates for the 2nd shift, but will consider exceptional candidates for the 1st shift

    Pay Rate:
    $25/hr range + BOELength of Assignment: Temp-to-hireWhat You'll Do:Must have set up Haas Vertical Machining Centers using MasterCam to load existing programsLoad or create new fixtures for workpiece holdingSet tool offsets and work offsets, and make adjustments after 1st piece inspectionOperate Mazak Vertical Machining Centers, Haas Super Mini Mills, and Haas Gantry machinesPerform close tolerance work and inspections using mics and calipersWork from blueprints to achieve precise resultsSpend significant time setting up machines in a job-shop environment, specializing in machining plastics, aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous metalsWhat We're

    Looking For:
    Proficiency in CNC setup operations, especially with Haas and Mazak machinesAbility to work from blueprints and perform close tolerance workExperience with MasterCam for loading programsStrong inspection skills using micrometers and calipersFluency in EnglishDetail-oriented with a commitment to qualityWhy You'll
