    About Our Client:
    Our client is a leading multifamily general contractor/developer headquartered in Downtown Chicago.

    They are about to break ground on a number of projects in the Greater Chicago area, and are in search of an Assistant Project Manager to help with their growing portfolio.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
    Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures to meet client expectations.
    Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
    Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
    Support the Project Manager in resolving issues, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in construction or project management is required.
    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
