Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the tax practice area, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive tax servicesProvide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clientsReview and analyze complex tax returns, identifying and mitigating tax risksSupervise and mentor tax associates and senior associatesParticipate in business development activities to expand client baseRequirementsCPA license is requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxStrong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and complianceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and communication abilitiesAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsProficiency in tax software and MS Office SuiteWillingness to travel occasionally as neededBenefits
