Title: Engineering Project Coordinator III

Location: Redmond, WA

Salary: $ $60.15 per hour + full benefits

Duration: 24-months

Overview:

As an Engineering Project Coordinator III, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, oversee logistics, and compile reports. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating hardware product development, maintaining inventory, and supporting leadership communication.

Non-negotiable Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience in developing hardware devices, preferably AR/VR or similar.
• Ability to write reports and effectively communicate findings to executives/stakeholders.
• Experience hosting seminars and organizing demos.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Familiarity with hardware or software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent XFN and coordination skills.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with various levels of management.
• Exposure to shipping products and vendor engagement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with mechanical, reliability, tooling, and manufacturing engineers for hardware product development.
• Oversee the external vendor during the engineering build.
• Manage the BOM, material ordering, inventory tracking, and logistics.
• Work closely with TPMs to compile weekly or monthly reports.
• Assist the leadership team in documenting and communicating project progress.
• Maintain a centralized slide deck showcasing hardware and experience demos.
