Project Manager

The Project Manager will work within the Division of Data Services & Analytics (DDSA) Data Policy team to coordinate and facilitate the data stewardship and change management practices.

The ideal candidate will leverage project management expertise and industry-standard portfolio management strategies, schedule and host regularly recurring meetings, produce and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, and manage the implementation of the data stewardship and change management practices within the NYS Department of Health's Medicaid program.

Comprehensive on-the-job training and peer/supervisory support will be provided.

The candidate should be able to take on new tasks and subject areas, willing to work in a team environment, and able to adjust to multiple priorities successfully.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• At least three years of experience in project management or operational management roles
• Experience coordinating meetings and producing meeting agendas and minutes
• Experience assigning and tracking action items within the scope of projects
• Exceptional verbal, written, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word. Experience with SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
