- Work collaboratively with Educator Preparation Services and the Program on the Mentoring Academy.
- Align practicum experiences to ensure consistency in classroom and field.
- Collaborate with faculty on targeted assessments for practicum courses.
- Observe and provide feedback on teacher residents' performance.
- Analyze data to enhance candidates' instructional skills.
- Adhere to district guidelines for professional conduct.
- Maintain respectful communication with candidates and school personnel.
- Participate in evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Support clinical experience as required.
- Maintain a presence in partner campuses.
- Attend Shared Governance meetings with district stakeholders.
- Participate in observations of teacher candidates.
- Join meetings with university and community stakeholders.
- Attend Texas Education Agency updates and training sessions.
- Participate in Professional Development and Educator Preparation Program trainings.
- Stay current with discipline updates and T-TESS certification.
- Attend Field Supervisor meetings as required.
- Participate in additional trainings as necessary.
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of teaching experience.

The Site Coordinator role focuses on supporting the field-based experience of initial teachers collaborating between the university and partner districts, and evaluating teacher candidates. This part-time (20 hours a week) position involves field-based work.
