    Overview:


    As a Reverse Logistics Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the reverse logistics clients of eWorks.

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating the return and exchange processes, optimizing efficiency in reverse logistics operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, including presentation skills.

    Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team


    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding reverse logistics matters.
    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders.
    Understand client needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and support.


    Reverse Logistics Operations:
    Coordinate the return, exchange, repair, and disposal processes for products as it relates to client's requirements & business case.
    Implement and manage efficient reverse logistics workflows to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.


    Inventory Management:
    Oversee the tracking and management of returned and excess inventory.
    Work closely with warehouse and inventory management teams to optimize inventory levels and locations.
    Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make strategic recommendations.


    Quality Assurance:
    Develop and implement quality control measures to assess the condition of returned products.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address quality issues and improve product returns processes.


    Performance Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse logistics operations.
    Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    Provide insights and recommendations to management for enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in reverse logistics operations.
    Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
    Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in reverse logistics.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field with 5 + years' experience
    Proven experience in reverse logistics, account management, or a similar role.
    Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes, including returns management, repair, refurbishment, and recycling.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards related to reverse logistics is preferred.
    Certification in supply chain management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
