    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provides budget support in the maintenance of financial system processes to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines
  • Oversees billing processes and matters related to projects and/or grants
  • Assist Budget and Fiscal staff by monitoring eMARS records of revenues and receivables, general procurement, and payables in order to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines, regulations, policies, andprocedures.
  • Provides technical reporting support and creates ad-hoc queries to assist in daily financial operations for the Department of Juvenile Justice.
  • Receives and researches financial issues within eMars and corrects as necessary. Informs supervisor of issues and makes recommendations on a solution.
  • Attends Division meetings and completed trainings as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as required.

    EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: One year of professional experience in statistical analysis, accounting, auditing, planning, or a related field.

    Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Professional experience in statistical analysis, accounting, auditing, planning, or a related field will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
