    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our client's team in the construction industry in Oviedo, FL. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for sourcing and buying materials, equipment, and services required for our construction projects.

    Qualifications:
    - 2-3 years of experience as a Purchasing Agent preferably in the construction industry
    - Proficiency in procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor relations
    - Strong computer systems skills.
    - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    - MUST HAVE electrical background and/or knowledge and experience with electrical components, candidates without this experience will not be considered.


    Responsibilities:
    - Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects
    - Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases while maintaining quality standards
    - Maintain invoices and accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
    - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials
    - Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery speed
    - Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

    Location: Onsite in Oviedo, FL

    Pay: $50-$70k per year plus generous PTO, 401k and health benefits.
