Systems Technician III

How a Systems Technician III will make an impact:

Resolve technical requests from self-service tickets for internal and/or external customers.
Create, delete, and modify customer accounts.
Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
Identify recurring problems and patterns to management.
Must be a team player, adaptable in a dynamic environment, with good communication and customer service skills.

What you'll need to succeed:

Education:

Associates of Arts/Associates of Science

Required Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience

Required Technical Skills:

Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry

Security Clearance Level:

TS/SCI w/Poly

Preferred Skills:

Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service

Location:

On Site

Certification:

Security+, A+ or Net+
