- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field; Master's degree preferred
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity engineering
- Possession of DoD 8570 IASAE II certification (CASP CE, CISSP (or Associate), or CSSLP)
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems, Cisco products, VMWare/virtualization, and Cross Domain Solutions/Guards
- Strong understanding of DIACAP, RMF, ACAS, and Vulnerability Management best practices
- Provide essential Cybersecurity engineering support for the Launch and Test Range System
- Efficiently plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
- Collaborate on DoD Assessment & Authorization activities, adhering to RMF processes
- Develop, revise, and review A&A documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and devise effective risk mitigation strategies
- Deliver insightful briefings, written summaries, and reports on Cybersecurity issues
- Offer invaluable subject matter expertise to project teams for successful outcomes
- Assist in proposal development by providing estimates on Cybersecurity schedules and labor requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends as needed
- Ability to travel up to 20% for project-related tasks
