Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading privately held wealth management firm in the Boston area. Currently we are seeking Entry Level Finance Associates to join our operations team for a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:

• Verification processing and recording of trades settlements, Foreign Exchange Processing, Trade Entry, Corporate Actions etc.
• Securities processing
• Global Support of all alternative fund transactions
• Review and completion of hedge fund documentation

Requirements:

• Strong Communication skills both written and verbal to work with team, other departments and at time clients
• Bachelors degree required, no exceptions
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management preferred
• 0-1 years of experience, relatable experience, internships and hands on experience preferred
• Ability to work hybrid onsite/remote schedule
