Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Denver! As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lab buildings, equipment and sample-handling processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and facility operations including receiving inventory tracking and outbound shipping.
M Manage domestic international shipments of geochemical samples equipment hazardous materials including documentation customs regulatory compliance. Serve as site safety lead ensuring OSHA company compliance hazard identification safety training staff visitors<.li_Perform regular safety inspections facility warehouse equipment air compressors forklift industrial ovens Identify potential hazards implement risk-mitigation strategies Stay informed regulatory updates impacting safety shipping facility operations Maintain organized storage areas proper labeling handling chain custody samples equipment Support office operations basic administrative tasks as needed vendor performance reporting contract status recordkeeping<.ul>
