    Description
    Infectious Disease Physician Opportunity
    • Cooperstown, NYA progressive academic healthcare system in central New York, and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full time Infectious Disease Physician to join their team.

    Position Details
    • Join an established group of 3 physicians providing comprehensive infectious disease care.
    Provide both inpatient and outpatient consults.
    • Manage outpatient longitudinal HIV care.
    • Participate in a 1:4 infectious disease call schedule, with coverage primarily by phone.
    • Opportunity to cover telehealth for non affiliated hospitals.
    • Engage in clinical research, stewardship, and infection control initiatives.
    • Moonlighting opportunities available for inpatient internal medicine as a hospitalist.
    • Faculty appointment with Columbia University offers daily interaction with medical students, as well as internal medicine and transitional residents.
    • Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.

    Benefits Details
    • Salary range: $210,000 $239,000, based on qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
    • Sign on bonus up to $100,000.

    Position Requirements
    • MD, DO, or MBBS.
    • New York State Licensure.
    • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Infectious Disease.
    • BLS certification required.
