- Provide thorough insurance education and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate and updated client records
- Issue insurance documents promptly and accurately
- Ensure compliance with policy change procedures and regulations
- Engage in effective communication and follow-up with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional insurance products
- Implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction
- Licensing Requirements: Obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed)
- No prior insurance experience needed, but professional office experience preferred
- Self-motivated individual with attention to detail and initiative
