    A Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance tasks for our community under supervision including painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning and other interior/exterior duties.

    • Maintenance tasks such as plumbing light bulb replacement AC maintenance electrical carpentry and mechanical repair

    What You Bring:

    • High school degree or equivalent required
      1-3 years of previous experience in a similar facility preferred
    1. Certifications for HVAC EPA CPO may be required based on staffing levels at individual locations
