    The HR Manager will oversee a dedicated team responsible for various human resources functions.

    They will work closely with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the plant's operational goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a productive and engaged workforce.

    The HR Manager will analyze and develop strategic HR plans around retention, performance management, training, and more.

    Our client is a multinational manufacturing company with about 600 employees. They are looking for an HR Manager to help drive continued success and growth. This person will be based in the corporate office and must be on-site every day. The HR Manager reports into the VP of HR and will manage a team of six. This is a strategic and operational role and is a great opportunity to manage a team of HR professionals.
    Lead a team of six HR professionals
    Partner with leadership to develop strategic HR plans
    Analyze all current policies to ensure they're effective
    Oversee day to day HR responsibilities
    7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
    ~3+ years of management experience
