    Description

    Job Title - Inspector

    Location- Stanford , CA, 94305

    Duration - 3 weeks

    Education & Experience:

    HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in an educational or facilities environment.

    They may be required/asked to drive an electric golf cart. So, they must have a valid driver's license as well as take an online Golf Cart Training course once they are hired. Driving will be required less than 10%

    Required

    MS Word and Excel experience


    • Excellent customer service, both in written and oral communication.

    Work closely with custodial team and Building Manager to identify deficiencies and make recommendations to remedy problems.


    • Perform facility inspections on a routine basis.

    Identify maintenance needs throughout assigned buildings (i.e. safety concerns, missing furniture, etc.)
