POSITION SUMMARY The Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) assists the orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
The PA or NP will practice under a supervising physician with responsibilities to include conducting patient evaluations, formulating treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, assisting in surgeries, providing patient education, and managing post-operative care.
