Job summary
We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support our VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.Kentro is dedicated to your personal and professional development.
The VA provides support staff across 100+ CONUS OCONUS locations where VA offices or facilities may be located requiring onsite services.
A Customer Service Engineer can quickly respond to end-user requests for assistance when existing manuals scripted responses are insufficient meet user needs.,
- Support Government installation maintenance testing troubleshooting computer systems equipment ensuring optimal operation user satisfaction
,
- Assist delivering remote desk-side technical support responding IT tickets performing diagnostic repair activities hardware software components
,
- Aid setting up maintaining user accounts interfacing other software applications compiling reports customer requests
,
- Maintain Active Directory system accounts connectivity client applications configure local wide area network services monitor open tickets adhere business processes discrepancies reported proposed corrective actions approval implementation,
