    Description:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Specialist to join our manufacturing plant's HR team.

    As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining our HR information systems and processes.

    Your expertise in HRIS, data management, and manufacturing industry practices will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations within our plant.


    Responsibilities:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Specialist to join our manufacturing plant's HR team.

    As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining our HR information systems and processes.

    Your expertise in HRIS, data management, and manufacturing industry practices will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations within our plant.


    HRIS Management:

    • Oversee the implementation, administration, and maintenance of HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
    • Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes to employment status.
    • Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits and resolving any discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify system enhancements, updates, and integrations to streamline HR processes.

    Data Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate regular and adhoc reports using HRIS data to provide valuable insights and support datadriven decisionmaking.
    • Analyze HR data trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
    • Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce planning, turnover, and other relevant areas.

    HR Process Improvement:

    • Evaluate existing HR processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvement.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to HRIS functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
    • Train HR staff and employees on HRIS systems and processes to ensure effective system utilization.

    Compliance and Security:

    • Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
    • Implement and maintain appropriate security measures to protect sensitive employee data.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HRIS.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    • Indepth knowledge of HRIS systems and their functionalities, with proficiency in using HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) and related software.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex HR data.
    • Familiarity with HR processes and regulations, such as employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, and labor laws.
    • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus.
    • Professional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or HRIP (Human Resources Information Professional) are desirable.
