- Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to assess and address the unique needs of each student
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities
- Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings, in alignment with their educational goals
- Modify classroom environments and recommend adaptive equipment or assistive technology as necessary to support students' participation and success in academic and social activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and participate in team meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) discussions
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact in a school-based setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques and approaches based on the unique needs and abilities of each student
