- Daily maintain customer accounts through email, telephone, and text communication

- Enter applications.
- Conduct in-office interviews with candidates to determine if the applicant is a qualified and "good fit" candidate to submit to your customer(s)
- Pre-screen applicants
- Perform online criminal background screenings.
- Create or Edit candidate resumes.
- Manage Job Posts
- Keeping up and updating VSSI website Job orders
- Pre-Interviewing/Pre-Qualifying candidates over the phone
- Setting up candidate interviews
- Identifying Sales leads
- Forward phone lines to the answering service at the close of business for the day
- Check mail
- 1-year minimum experience working for a staffing agency/firm (mandatory) performing the following: Cold calling potential candidates, reviewing resumes, submitting resumes to customers, setting up candidate interviews with customers, and overall account management & communication with customers on a daily basis.
- Experience competency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Type 40 words per minute
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Generating and maintaining simple spreadsheets and reports
- Possess Team Player mentality with a "whatever it takes" attitude in everything you do
- Possess & conduct oneself at all times with a friendly & bubbly phone voice and personality with candidates and customers.
- Understands the phrase "sense of urgency" and approaches all tasks with the energized mentality to complete tasks as quickly as possible.

VSSI Staffing Services is seeking to hire an experienced Staffing Industry Recruiter to recruit in the Industrial Sector of the greater Dallas workforce.
Summary:
Perform any & all tasks related to recruiting and filling customers' job orders and performing any & all necessary tasks to keep customer points of contact happy and content with VSSI's services and efforts in managing customer accounts.
