    ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
    Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

    Responsibilities


    Must demonstrate a commitment to providing continuous quality service, protect and promote the brand, image, and reputation of the City, while striving to exceed the needs and expectations of our citizens and employees.

    The Management Aide provides technical and administrative support to design engineers, project managers, and other technicians. Gathers information, files, and photos for a wide range of road, utility, storm water and various facility projects.

    The Management Aide will assist in updating and maintaining, as necessary, existing hard copy CAD design drawings, layouts, designs, and convert existing hard copy drawings to electronic versions.

    The Management Aide must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities. Must also manage workload and ensuring a consistent quality of deliverables.

    The Management Aide must have organizational and follow-up capabilities; ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment; have great oral communication skills; upward communications; pay attention to detail, qualify work products, and client service.

    Qualifications

    Position requires a High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience. Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point). Some experience with AutoCAD, GIS, CMMS, website updates, and/or other technical software preferred. Must have basic mathematical skills, e.g., averages, percentages.

    Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
