    To be a successful Clinical Director you must become able to do the following always:

    Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.

    Develop and implement clinical services program procedures for contract case management services (CCMS). Oversee and coordinate the operation of the Clinical Services. Represent the company as the Clinical Service spokesperson in interactions with the community. Oversee the delivery of services in order to promote and maintain quality and client satisfaction. Evaluate program success by developing and measuring outcomes. Ensure that appropriate resources are made available to program staff. Complete duties as assigned including developing policies and procedures, creating forms, and providing information to the team.
    Oversight, support, and direction for Clinical programs including Kansas- Parent Management Training (Oregon) (K-PMTO).
    Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the Company model for supervision, Supervision for Success.

    Provide individual/group supervision as needed to direct line staff to maintain supervision requirements of licensure. Provide support to clinical staff in carrying out expectations and meeting the goals of the program.

    Facilitate clinical services operational meetings and provide oversight and guidance for all company clinical services.
    May provide treatment consistent with organizational standards. Complete documentation according to company standards and procedures. Provide financial oversight of the CS budget.
    Company Policy and Procedure and operates according to the Company's Program Practice Guidelines.
    Requirements
    To qualify for this job, you need to have:
    Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology, or related field.
    License – BSRB license as an

    LSCSW, LCMFT, LCP, or LCPC.
    Work Experience –

    Strong Clinical Assessment and Intervention Skills. Three to five years of program management. Three to five years of successful supervisory experience.
    Demonstrate

    knowledge and skills necessary to provide age and level of care-appropriate assessment and care relative to the client being served

    in theacute care setting.
    21 years of age.

    Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
    Maintain company-required training.
    Ability to travel throughout the state.

    Physical work conditions - Subject to inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
