Responsibilities:
A successful candidate for this role will have the ability to:
Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
Apply the standards in the documents in real life situations
and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, strong communicators and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.
Qualifications:
Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
Ability to use technology
Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
Pay and Benefits:
$20 to $25, depending on education and experience.
