Job summary
The Criminal Justice Liaison is expected to be familiar with county-specific ATI programs and will spearhead jail release planning to provide immediate support for the transition back to the community.Responsibilities include navigating the criminal justice system, advocating on behalf of FACT individuals and providing education and skill building.
