    Responsibilities


    - Manage rent payments, delinquencies, and policy enforcement to optimize community revenue

    - Maintain records, coordinate maintenance tasks, and oversee daily community operations

    - Assist in social media campaigns, conduct property tours, and ensure customer satisfaction

    - Handle eviction processes, property inspections, and lease renewals

    Qualifications


    - 1-3 years of experience in Multi-family Property Management or related roles

    - Proficiency in industry software like Yardi, OneSite, and strong leadership skills

    - Excellent communication, financial, and budgeting skills preferred
