- Answer students' inquiries regarding CSDL policies and procedures
- Direct students to the appropriate staff and office
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Maintain a secure environment by following policies and procedures
- Assist the Director with any CSDL task as needed in the operation of the CSDL
- Associate degree or higher
- Previous experience in similar roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
- Ability to enforce rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner
- Basic computer skills
