    In the heart of Bozeman, Montana, a place of adventure and balance awaits. This 153-bed, Level III trauma center serves as the region's leading medical hub and offers an exceptional opportunity for a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to step into a well-established, consultative practice. You'll join a collaborative team supported by a robust referral network, modern infrastructure, and cutting-edge technology. With a manageable workload, new NICU facilities, and a four-day workweek, this role provides both professional fulfillment and the lifestyle flexibility to enjoy the area's world-class outdoor recreation.     Position Highlights 

    • Full practice ready on day one - established patient base and strong referral network 
    • Join a supportive MFM team: 1 BC physician, 1 PA, 2 nurses, 1 MA, and 3 MFM-trained sonographers 
    • Consultative-only practice - two OB/GYN groups and 52 PCPs referring locally 
    • Reasonable workload: 1,343 deliveries and 241 NICU admissions in 2024 
    • Schedule: 4-day workweek | Average 18 patients/day | Mix of in-person and telehealth consults 
    • New infrastructure: Level II NICU opened in 2020; remodeled clinic with 3 ultrasound rooms 
    • Shared office suite with women's specialists for convenience and collaboration 
    • State-of-the-art imaging equipment and excellent hospital support staff
