Job summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests set tables according to type of event and service standards answer questions on menu selections communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions re-cook orders product availability record transaction in MICROS system at time of order check in with guests ensure satisfaction each food course/or beverages maintain cleanliness work areas china glass etc throughout day complete closing duties including restocking items turning off lights etc present physical accurate check guest process payment follow all company safety security policies procedures report accidents injuries unsafe work conditions manager complete safety training certifications ensure uniform personal appearance clean professional maintain confidentiality proprietary information protect company assets welcome acknowledge guests according company standards anticipate address guests service needs assist individuals disabilities thank guests genuine appreciation speak others clear professional language develop maintain positive working relationships others support team reach common goals listen respond appropriately concerns other employees ensure adherence quality expectations standards read visually verify information variety formats e.g small print stand sit walk extended period entire work shift move lift carry push pull place objects weighing less than or equal to pounds without assistance objects weighing excess pounds assistance grasp turn manipulate objects varying size weight requiring fine motor skills hand eye coordination move sloping uneven slippery surfaces stairs servic ramps reach overhead below knees including bending twisting pulling stooping perform other reasonable job duties requested Supervisors
