Job summary
We are seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our team at Columbia Center Mall. As a key member of our management team, you will work alongside the Local Manager to lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional and company goals.Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
- Assist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
