- We are hiring Licensed Professional Counselors provide Full-Time high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
- Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
- Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area
- Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
- Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff
- Monday - Friday schedule, normal business hours, No on-call hours
