We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Attorney to join our thriving Legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil litigation, general liability, and insurance defense.

This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice and counsel to our diverse clientele.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the law, committed to delivering high-quality legal services, and ready to make a significant contribution to our firm.

Manage all aspects of civil litigation and trial work, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and representing the company in court.

Provide legal representation for the company in insurance defense matters, including analyzing claims, advising on coverage issues, and defending the company in litigation.

Develop and implement legal strategies and solutions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on a variety of legal issues.
Participate in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of legal trends and developments.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
At least 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
Proficiency in legal research and the use of legal databases.
