We want a relational, organized leader who champions innovative, centrally guided programming and equips volunteers to create safe, life-changing ministry.
What you'll doLead Kids & Student ministries:
oversee weekly programs, small groups, large-group teaching, events, retreats, and service opportunities.
Recruit & develop volunteers:
identify, train, mentor, and shepherd volunteer leaders across administration, small groups, worship/tech, and large-group teams.
Partner across ministries:
collaborate with campus and regional teams to align programming, share resources, and ensure smooth transitions between generations.
Plan events & creative elements:
help design and execute special events, staging, props, media, and curriculum in partnership with central teams.
Maintain safety & culture:
ensure a welcoming, safe environment that supports spiritual growth for kids, middle school, and high school students.
Manage operations:
handle scheduling, volunteer databases, budgets, and administrative tasks with strong follow-through.
What we're looking for
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years ministry experience preferred, especially in Generations, youth, or student ministry.
Pastorally gifted:
Relational, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about reaching kids and students.
Leader-builder: Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain volunteers and student leaders.
Organized executor:
Strong project management, communication, and administrative skills; comfortable with Google apps and ministry tools.
Spiritual character:
Committed, growing relationship with Jesus; integrity, humility, and alignment with CCC's mission and Statement of Faith.
